Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-12  business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing in the destination country.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We proudly ship worldwide, but please be aware of your local importing rules. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products so they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@mythichide.com within 7 days so we can assist you in investigating the issue.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
